1.0.1 This standard is formulated to unify the quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering, regulate the technical requirements for the installation quality, and ensure the quality and safety of the engineering.
It is applicable to the quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering for buildings or structures. It is not applicable to the quality acceptance of installation engineering with automatic building maintenance robot.
The quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering shall meet both the requirements stipulated in this standard and those in relevant current standards of the nation.

2 Terms
2.0.1 building maintenance unit (BMU)
permanent suspension access equipment for operations, such as cleaning and maintenance of windows and exterior wall of buildings or structures. It usually consists of suspension rig and platform
2.0.2 building maintenance unit installation engineering
process from incoming of the building maintenance unit and installation materials at the construction site to the delivery for use
2.0.3 rail track
a device that is mounted on a level or elevation of a building or structure to support and guide the trolley or the rail-climbing device
2.0.4 davit
a device that is anchored to roof or similar static structure for suspending working wire ropes and safety wire ropes
2.0.5 suspended platform
working device suspended in the air by wire ropes, surrounded by baffles or net plates, used for carrying operators, tools and materials, referred to as platform
2.0.6 trolley
a device equipped with traveling wheel, which may travel on a rail track or a specially designed rigid surface and be used for supporting the platform
2.0.7 suspension rig
a device used to suspend the platform as part of the unit

3 Basic requirements
3.0.1 The quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering shall be carried out according to the approved design document and the stipulated contract and meet the relevant requirements of current national standard GB 50300 Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering.
