1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to implement the relevant technical and economic policy of the state in engineering geological prospecting and sampling of construction and ensure safety, application, advanced technology, economy and rationality and quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to engineering geological prospecting and sampling technology of construction.
1.0.3 During engineering geological prospecting and sampling, effective measures shall be taken to protect environment, save resource, guarantee personal and construction safety and ensure prospecting and sampling quality.
1.0.4 Engineering geological prospecting and sampling shall meet not only this code but also the current relevant standards of the state.
