The wheel field balancing equipment
Verification regulation of the wheel field balancing equipment
1 Scope
This regulation is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification and in-service inspection of the wheel field balancing equipment (hereinafter referred to as the balancing equipment).
2 General
The balancing equipment is a testing equipment used to measure the unbalance value, and the phase of the dynamic unbalance point, for a wheel installed on an automobile. An electromechanical switching system shall be used to convert the dynamic unbalance value into a measurable electrical signal, and output its value after measurement and data processing. Observe the white mark applied on the wheel in advance with strobe light to determine the phase of unbalance.
3 Metrological performance requirements
3.1 In calculation of the relative minimum residual unbalance e, G40 shall be taken as the balance quality grade.
3.2 When the indication value Ai of each balance point meets the requirements for the indication error in 8.8A0
3.3 The repeatability error shall not be more than 0.30e.
4 General technical requirements
4.1 The balance machine shall be complete with a clear nameplate and identification.
4.2 The numerical display shall be clear and stable without any defect affecting the reading. The display shall become stable within 5s and the retention time of an indication value shall not be less than 8s.
4.3 All switches, knobs and keys shall function normally and be able to operate flexibly and reliably, marked with evident characters or symbols.
5 Control of metrological instruments
5.1 Verification environment
5.1.1 Environmental temperature: (20±10)℃.
