This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage and transportation of biological calcium carbonate of food additive.
This standard is applicable to the calcium carbonate obtained after refined processing of oyster shell, which is mainly used as nutrient supplement and bulking agent during food processing.
