The sample jar must be carefully cleaned with warm water, wiped up, and insulated at 37℃ for 10 days, and then the sample shall undergo bacterial inspection according to batches.
As for the sample jar for chemical analysis, the external part of the jar shall be washed and cleaned in clean water, and then the jar shall be shaken vigorously so as to obtain the uniform content. After the jar is opened, the sample shall be immediately transferred into a dry ground glass stoppered sterilized bottle and also be sufficiently stirred for analysis.
