1 Scope
This standard specifies terms, requirements and test methods of assembly for precious metal alloy (e.g. gold, silver and rhodium) coatings jewellery.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
imitation diamond
artificial materials that are cut into articles with diamond-like visual effects
3.2
squeezing glue
a process of squeezing glue into an empty pedestal or base
3.3
sticking crystal
a process of gently pressing an imitation diamond into a glued empty pedestal
3.4
missing crystal
no crystal in the empty pedestal of precious metal alloy coatings jewellery, which shall be set with diamonds
