This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packing, transportation and storage of cloth shoes.
This standard is applicable to the shoes that are made with textiles, knitgoods or other cloth as the main upper materials and by such technologies as gluing, sewing, mould pressing, vulcanizing and injection moulding.
This standard is not applicable to the cloth shoes that are used for such specific functions as safety and protection as well as to the cloth cover rubber shoes.
