3 Requirements
3.1 General requirements
Weatherstrips shall be manufactured according to the technical documents approved through established procedure. Other specific requirements by the user shall be determined through the negotiation of the supplier and the purchaser.
3.2 Appearance
3.2.1 The appearance of compacting glue part of weatherstrips shall meet the relevant requirements of HG/T 3090-1987 (1997). The appearance of blown sponge shall be free from defects affecting product appearance and use performance, such as bubble, skin chapping, scarification and starved joint.
3.2.2 The flocking on flocking face shall be uniform; the surface shall be clean without spot; base material exposure is not allowed.
3.2.3 Special requirements shall meet the requirements for approved sealed specimen or template determinate through the negotiation of the supplier and the purchaser.
3.3 Specification and dimension
3.3.1 The product section form and dimension shall be within the tolerance range of control drawing with an amplification factor of 10. If there is no define requirements in the drawing, GB/T 3672.1-21302 may be complied with.
3.3.2 The product length dimension and tolerance shall meet the relevant requirements of the product drawing. If no tolerance indication, Table 1 may be complied with.
