1.0.1 This code is specially formulated with a view to implementing the national safety production guidelines, policies, laws and regulations, ensuring the safety and health of constructors, and protecting the state property against any loss.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction, extension and renovation projects and overhaul of petrochemical enterprises.
1.0.3 The construction enterprises must adhere to the policy of "safety foremost, prevention first, all engagement, comprehensive approach".
1.0.4 During the process of implementing this code, the requirements of relevant current mandatory standards and codes and those of professional operation specifications for construction safety also shall be met.
