This part under SN/T 1795 specifies requirements, inspection and judgment of <90t tyred and crawler-type hydraulic excavator (hereinafter referred to as used excavator) and may also be used as a reference for used excavators of other specifications, used hydraulic excavators with bulldozing function, used hydraulic chiselling machine and used hydraulic log loader.
Used excavators in this part are excavators that are under one of the following situations:
DStill possess basic function and certain use value after being used;
DNot being used but stored for a overlong time thus exceed quality assurance date or with obvious physical deprecition on parts;
DAssembled with new parts and used parts;
DAfter being repaired or renovated.

3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions established in GB/T 2828.1, GB 5226.1, GB/T 9139.1, GB/T 9139.2, GB/T 7586, GB/T 16710.1, JB 6030, JB 6028 and SN/T 0002 and those below are applicable to this part of SN/T 1795.
3.1 One hundred percent inspection mode
A qualification assessment for import and export commodity being subject to 100% inspection and checking according to compulsory requirements of national technical specification.
3.2 Documentation for filing of imported used electrical and mechanical products
A written determination issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) or Inspection And Quarantine Bureau directly under AQSIQ for allowing administrative approval after examination for the filing application of consignee or other proxies of used electrical and mechanical products for import.
4 General Requirements
General requirements for inspection of used excavator include:
—Consistency requirements: consistent with the relevant national requirements, filing documentation of used electrical and mechanical products for import and the technical documents;
—Requirements like safety, hygiene and environmental protection: correspond with requirements of GB 5226.1-2005, GB 16710.1-1996 and JB 6030-2001.
