This standard specifies static load test, fatigue test methods and assessment criteria for cast steel truck bolster and side frame of railway freight car.
This standard is applicable to new cast steel bolster and side frame of two-axis truck of railway freight car.

3 Basic Requirements
3.1 No intense magnetic field, noise or vibration interfering the testing precision are nearby the test site.
3.2 Load precision error of test equipment shall not be greater than 1%.
