This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heat exchanger for electric locomotive main transformer.
This standard is applicable to new heat exchanger for electric locomotive main transformer. It may also serve as a reference for the new heat exchanger for electric rail car main transformer.
