Article 1 This Rule is formulated according to "Type Test Specification for Cranes" in order to standardize type test of lifting equipment and to improve quality of type test.
Article 2 This Rule is applicable to the following type tests of lifting equipment:
(1) Hold poles and tension equipment of power station used for the construction of power transmission and transformation;
(2) Forklift trucks, including internal combustion counterbalance forklift trucks, battery counterbalanced forklift trucks, internal combustion side forklift trucks, straddle forklift trucks, reach forklift trucks, three-dimensional stacking forklift trucks, pallet stacking trucks, explosion-proof forklift trucks;
(3) Eclectic (air) hoists, including electric copper rope hoists, electric explosion-proof steel wire rope hoists, electric chain hoists, air hoists, air explosion-proof hoists and electric belt hoists.
