This method is applicable to the determination of insoluble particulate matter size and quantity on inner cap of pharmaceutical rubber plug, infusion bottle, infusion bag and plastic infusion container.
This method includes photoresistance method and micro counting method. Unless otherwise specified, generally photoresistance method is adopted firstly; in the case that the determination result of this method is beyond the requirements, the micro counting method shall be adopted for re-inspection or determination; the determination result of which shall be regarded as judgment basis.
