This standard specifies the materials, machining and electroplating technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging requirements for mould plates of CC.
This standard is applicable to the manufacture of copper-chromium-zirconium, copper-silver and copper-nickel-beryllium plates for mould of CC and chromium, nickel, ferro-nickel, nickel-cobalt and cobalt-nickel electroplated coatings.
