This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, dimension, appearance, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate for steel wire ropes for aeronautical use.
This standard is applicable to steel wire ropes for aeronautical use, as well as steel wire ropes for important machinery and instruments.
