This standard establishes general principles for the design of I&C laboratory in the fuel electric plant.
This standard is applicable to the new or extension of fuel electric plant with the single unit capacity from 125MW to 600 MW. For the fossil fuel power plant with other single unit capacity (below 125MW or above 600MW), their laboratory area and the disposal of standard measuring instrument and equipment can refer to this standard.
