This standard specifies the basic technical requirements and the test and acceptance requirements for the electro-hydraulic regulating system and unit of hydraulic turbines.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, installation, acceptance and operation of the electro-hydraulic regulating system and unit of hydraulic turbines with the service capacity being 3000N·m and above (not including those used for reversible and bi-directional hydraulic turbines).

3 Basic Technical Requirements
3.1 Applicable Conditions
3.1.1 The service capacities of electro-hydraulic governor and oil pressure unit shall be appropriate. The actual maximum opening of guide vane shall be more than 80% of the maximum stroke of the servomotor.
3.1.2 The hydraulic turbine generator unit shall meet the following requirements:
a) The hydraulic turbines operate under the conditions specified by the manufacturer;
b) The manufacture/installation quality of frequency measurement signal source and the water distributor, blade adjusting mechanism, nozzle needle, deflector organization, regulating shaft and feedback and drive mechanism of hydraulic turbines shall meet relevant requirements;
