1 Scope
This standard specifies dry wash resistance test method for garments used adhesive interlining, use commercial dry cleaner to measure the dimensional change ratio, peeled off stress value change rate, and to evaluate appearance morphology changes after cleaned with tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene).
This standard is applicable to all kinds of dry wash resistance test of garments which may be dry washed and used adhesive interlining. This standard is applicable to the dry wash resistance test of garment piece or small sample whose garment shell fabric is adhere to adhesive interlining.

3 Principle
Mark and measure the conditioned garments, garment pieces or small samples, and then dry wash them, and calculate the dimensional change ratio and peeled off stress value change rate after conditioning and measuring again, express them in percentage. The appearance morphological changes of the sample shall be evaluated according to the standard samples of all kinds of garment.
