This standard is applicable to dedicated safes for legally equipped and configured guns or/and ammunition and is the technical basis for design, manufacture, inspection, acceptance, certification and judgment of dedicated safes for guns and ammunition.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms specified in GB 10409 and the following ones apply.

dedicated safe for gun and ammunition
the dedicated safe for storing guns or/and ammunition that is legally equipped and configured, which is called dedicated safe for short in this standard
3.2
anti-burglary electronic lock
the lock with certain anti-destruction ability, which recognizes and processes related message and controls the mechanical actuator in implementing the opening/closing electronically
