This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods of thief resistant electronic locks.
This standard is applicable to the "keys" of electronic message and its carrier. And the lock whose mechanical lock structure is controlled in the electronic manner.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard.
3.1
Thief resistant electronic locks
The locks which can identify and handle relevant information in the electronic manner and control the open and close of the machinery enforcement body as well as have the break-proof ability.
3.2
Key
The information or information carrier which is used to control the open and close of the thief resistant electronic locks.
3.3
Protection surface
The structural plane of the thief resistant electronic locks which needs protection, may be damaged by tools or be opened by implementing technology.
3.4
Fail indentify rate
The probability of finishing opening the thief resistant electronic locks with the unauthorized key.
3.5
Security grade
The grade which is divided according to the technical index and the self break-proof ability.

4 Safety Grade of the Products
Security grade of the product is divided into Grade A and Grade B according to the strict grade of the mechanical strength and environment test.
