This standard specifies the index requirements, food additive, hygienic requirements of production process, packaging, marking, storage and transportation requirement, and inspection methods for milk beverage.
This standard is applicable to milk beverage mainly made by fresh milk or milk powder, and add moderate volume of auxiliary materials to produce corresponding flavor.
