This standard specifies the electromagnetic emission limits, immunity performance and test methods for vehicles and their electrical/electronic sub-assemblies (ESA).
This standard applies to the vehicles of Classes M, N and L and their ESAs and can be referred to for the vehicles of Class O, etc.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29259 and the following apply.

electrical/electronic equipment or assemblies which have related electrical connections and can implement one or more defined functions

vehicle wiring harness
power cables, bus system (e.g., CAN) cables and signal/active antenna cables, etc., installed on the vehicle

several functions that affect safety, normal operation of power system, etc., after being disturbed, mainly including the following functions:
