1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to ensuring the installation quality of such busbar equipments as hard busbars, soft busbars, metal-enclosed bus, insulators, hardware fittings and the wall bushing, promoting the technical progress of installation and guaranteeing the safe operation of equipments.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of 750kV or below busbar equipment installation engineering.
1.0.3 The busbar equipment installation shall be carried out according to approved design documents.
1.0.4 The transportation and preservation of equipments and materials shall meet the requirements of this code. They also shall meet the requirements of technical documentation of products when there are special requirements for products.
1.0.5 The preservation period of equipments and materials before installing shall be one year. It shall meet the related requirements of preserving equipments and materials in the technical documentation of products when it is in need of long-term preservation.
1.0.6 Adopted equipments and materials shall all comply with current relevant standards of China and shall be provided with certificates of competency. The equipments shall be equipped with nameplates.
1.0.7 The equipments and materials shall be inspected timely after being transported to the site and shall meet the following requirements:
1 The packing and sealing shall be good;
2 The unpacking inspection and counting shall be carried out, the specification shall meet the design requirements, and the accessories and spare parts shall be complete;
3 The technical documentation of products shall be complete;
4 The appearance inspection of products shall be in good condition.
1.0.8 The construction scheme shall meet the requirements of this code and current related safety technology standards of the State as well as the technical documentation of products.
1.0.9 The construction engineering construction related to busbar equipment installation shall meet the following requirements:
1 The engineering quality of buildings and structures related to busbar equipment installation shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB 50300); it also shall meet the design and equipment requirements when there are special requirements for the design and equipments;
2 Before busbar equipment installation, the construction engineering shall be provided with the following conditions:
1) The foundation and framework shall meet the design requirements of electrical equipments;
2) The construction of roof and floorslab shall be completed without leakage;
3) The construction of indoor ground base shall be completed and the screeding elevation shall be marked out on the wall;
4) The foundation and framework shall reach the permissible installation equipment strength, and the walkway slab, handrail, ladder stand and the platform shall be complete and secure;
5) The decoration engineering that may damage the to-be-installed busbar equipment in the construction or that cannot be carried out again after the busbar equipment installation shall be all completed;
6) The door and window installation shall be completed and the road for construction shall be open and clear;
7) The prepared holes and built-in fittings for installing busbar equipments shall meet the design requirements:
3 After the completion of busbar equipment installation and before putting into service, the construction engineering shall meet the following requirements:
1) Such ornament engineering as built-in fittings, opening holes and enlarging holes shall be completed;
2) The protective net doors, handrail and all facilities isolated with powered parts shall be complete;
3) The construction of the projects that unable to carry out after being powered and that affecting the operation safety shall be completed;
4) The construction facilities shall be removed and the site shall be cleaned up.
1.0.10 The galvanized products or stainless steel products which meet the current national standards shall be adopted for the fastening pieces used for busbar equipment installation, hot dip galvanized products shall be adopted for the fastening pieces used outdoors.
1.0.11 The porcelain element of the insulator and wall bushing shall meet the requirements of the current national standard "Technical Specifications of Porcelain Element for High Voltage Insulators " (GB/T 772) and related conditions of electrotechnical porcelain product technology.
1.0.12 The metal members and hardware fittings for fixing single-phase AC busbar shall not form closed magnetic circuit.
1.0.13 The construction and acceptance of the busbar equipment installation engineering shall not only comply with the requirements stipulated in this code, but also those in the current relevant ones of the State shall be complied with.
