1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to normalizing the design of electronic information system room, guaranteeing the safe, stable and reliable function of the electronic information system and living up to the requirements of economy and rationality, safety and usability, and energy-efficient and environmental protection.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design of the new-built, rebuilt and extended electronic information system rooms under construction.
1.0.3 The design of the electronic information system room shall follow the principle of coordinating the scale of the priority construction with long-term development project.
1.0.4 Not only the requirements stipulated in this code, but those in the current national standards and codes also shall be complied with for the design of electronic information system room.
