This standard specifies basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packing, transport, storage, etc. of welded steel gas cylinders "hereinafter referred to as "cylinders").
This standard is applicable to cylinders for refillable low-pressure liquefied gas or dissolved gas, which are used under normal environment temperature (-40~60℃), with hydraulic test pressure no larger than 7.5MPa (gauge pressure) and nominal volume 10~1000L.
This standard is also applicable to cylinders for refillable industrial liquefied petroleum gases specified in GB 11174.
