1 Scope
This standard specifies the index requirements, sanitary requirements of food additives and production manufacturing procedure, requirements of package, marking, storage and transportation and inspection method of biscuits.
This standard is applicable to the biscuits of which the main raw materials are cereal powder, oil and sugar, added with appropriate accessory ingredients and made by procedures of mixing, molding and baking.
