This standard is applicable to all kinds of motor vehicles.

3 Test Conditions
3.1 Load
3.1.1 Without special provisions, all the loads shall be factory-set maximum load, or let the test vehicles be in the state of factory-set maximum load.
3.1.2 The loaded goods shall be distributed uniformly and fixed firmly, and shall be free from shaking or bumping during the test process. The loading weight shall not be changed because of the change of conditions such as being humid and being lost, so as to ensure the loading weight and the distribution of goods are not changed.
3.1.3 Calculate the passenger’s average weight according to Table 1. It may be replaced by goods of the same weight.
