This part of GB/T 16716 specifies the disposal and utilization requirements, methods, effect evaluation criteria and recycling marking for packaging and packaging waste.
This part is applicable to the design, production, application, disposal and utilization of packaging, but not applicable to hazardous goods packaging.

3 Terms and Definitions
For purpose of this part, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 4122.1 as well as the following ones apply.

any packaging container, material or component that lost or completed its intended use value or function for solid waste

reuse
any business operation by which packaging which has been conceived and designed to accomplish within its life cycle a limited number of trips or rotations
