This standard specifies the definition, components and materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of ground granulated blast furnace slag powder.
This standard is applicable to ground granulated blast furnace slag powder used as cement admixture and concrete additive.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
Ground granulated blast furnace slag powder
Ground granulated blast furnace slag powder refers to a powder taking the ground granulated blast furnace slag as the major raw material and adding a small amount of gypsum to be ground into a certain fineness, which is referred to as slag powder.
4 Components and Materials
4.1 Slag
Comply with ground granulated blast furnace slag specified in GB/T 203.
4.2 Gypsum
Comply with Category G or Category M above Grade 2 (including) gypsum or mixed gypsum specified in GB/T 5483.
4.3 Grinding aid
Comply with JC/T 667; the adding quantity shall not exceed 0.5% of slag powder mass.
