This part of GB/T 28046 describes the electrical environmental load of electrical and electronic equipment on/in the vehicle and specifies tests and requirements.
This part is applicable to electrical and electronic systems/components of M, N, O automobiles. Systems/components of Class L vehicle implemented in accordance with this part.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 28046.1 apply.
4 Tests and Requirements
4.1 General
Measure all voltages at the effective input terminals of the device under test (DUT). All voltage curves are shown without load. The following tolerances shall apply:
— frequency and time: ±5%;
— voltages: ±0.2 V;
— resistance (10)
Actual vehicle wiring harness should be used for test wiring harness, which can also be determined by both parties through negotiation

4.2 DC Supply voltage
4.2.1 Purpose
The purpose of this test is to verify equipment functionality at minimum and maximum supply voltage.
4.2.2 Test
Set the supply voltage as specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to all relevant inputs of the DUT.
