1 Scope

This part of GB/T 4857 specifies the conditions, apparatus, procedure and test report for the temperature and humidity conditioning of transport packages and unit loads.

This part is applicable to the temperature and humidity conditioning of transport packages and unit loads.

2 Principle

The test specimen is exposed to predetermined temperature and humidity conditions for a predetermined period of time.

3 Temperature and humidity conditioning conditions

According to the characteristics of the transport packages and the environmental conditions that may be encountered during the circulation process, one of the temperature and humidity conditions given in 3.1 and one of the conditioning time given in 3.2 shall be selected for temperature and humidity conditioning.
