Method II in this standard specifies the gas chromatography - electron capture detector (GC-ECD) for determining the HCH, DDT, PCNB, heptachlor, heptachlor eqoxide, aldrin, dieldrin, fenson, ovex, tetramethrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, α-fenvalerate and deltamethrin in animal original foods.
Method I in this standard is applicable to the verification analysis of α-HCH, HCB, β-HCH, γ-HCH, PCNB, δ-HCH, PCA, heptachlor, PCPs, aldrin, oxy-chlordane, heptachlor eqoxide, trans-chlordane, α-endosulfan, cis-chlordane, p, p’-DDE, dieldrin, endrin, β-endosulfan, p, p’-DDD, o, p’-DDT, endrin aldehyde, endosulfan sulfate, p,p’-DDT, endrin ketone, mirex, fenson, allethrin, 2, 4-diehlorophenyl benzensulfonate, ovex, tetramethrin, fenpropathrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in meat, eggs, milk foods and grease (containing vegetable oil).
Method II in this standard is applicable to the pesticide residue analysis for 20 kinds of common organochlorine pesticide and pyrethroid such as α-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, δ-HCH, PCNB, heptachlor, heptachlor eqoxide, aldrin, dieldrin, fenson, ovex, p, p’-DDE, p, p’-DDD, o, p’-DDT, p, p’-DDT, tetramethrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, α-fenvalerate and deltamethrin in meat, eggs and milk animal original foods.
