This Standard specifies the determination method of immunoglobulin in health food.
This Standard applies to the determination of immunoglobulin in tablet-type, capsule-type and powder-type health food.
The detection limit of this method: where the sampling quantity is 0.1g, which is diluted to 25mL, and where the injection quantity is 20μL, the detection concentration is 0.5mg/mL.
2 Principle
According to the principle of high-performance affinity chromatography, under the condition of phosphate buffer solution, immunoglobulin connects to aglucone; under the condition of hydrochloric acid glycine (pH2.5), the immunoglobulin is eluted.
