This standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B12 in health foods like tablet, capsule, powder and functional beverage.
In this method, where the sample is treated through solid-phase extraction, the sampling quantity is 2.0g and the detection limit of the method is 1.0μ/g. Where the sample is treated through immunoaffinity method, the sampling quantity of tablet, capsule and powder is 2.0g, and the detection limit of the method is 0.05μg/g; the sampling quantity of functional beverage is 20mL and detection limit of the method is 3.0μ/L.?
