This standard specifies the classification, structural type, requirements, test and inspection methods, etc. of single and double corrugated boxes for transport packages (hereinafter referred to as "corrugated boxes") .
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacturing and inspection of corrugated boxes, and serves as reference for other types of corrugated boxes.

3 Classification
Corrugated boxes are classified into 20 types according to different categories of corrugated fiberboards used, maximum mass and overall dimension of contents, expected storage and transport distribution environment conditions, etc., as shown in Table 1.
