This standard has stated the common basic test methods all-or-nothing relay, measuring relay, line protection, primary equipment protective equipment, automated equipment in the secondary circuit as well as screens, platforms and tanks (hereinafter referred to as products) composed by the relay and equipment in the power system. The monitoring and controlling units in the automated equipment can also exercise this standard.
This standard is applicable to common basic test methods on equipment adopted by the secondary circuit in the power system.
This standard is also applicable to product test on the secondary circuit in the power system in other industries, like the metallurgy, chemical engineering and railway.
