Type tests
T
Type tests are done on a kind of cables specified in this Part according to the general commercial principles before delivery of goods in order to prove the cables have satisfactory performance and can meet the specified operation requirements. The essence of type tests is that once these tests are done, they will not be repeated. However, the type tests must be repeated if the cable materials or the design change may influence the cable performance.
