This standard specifies the type, opening method, dimension, manufacturing tolerance and of the welding tube holes on pressure parts of industrial boilers.
This standard is applicable to the stationary steel steam boilers of which the rated working pressure is greater than 0.04MPa but less than 3.8MPa, the rated steam output is not less than 0.1t/h and the medium is water as well as the stationary steel hot water boilers of which the rated water-delivery pressure is greater than 0.1MPa.
