This standard specifies the measuring methods for vibration (acceleration) of rolling bearing (hereinafter referred to as bearing).
This standard is applicable to radial ball bearing (single-row and double-row deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearing and single-row and double-row angular contact ball bearings) with cylindrical bore and outside surface, self-aligning roller bearing, single-row and double-row tapered roller bearings as well as single-row and double-row cylindrical roller bearings.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Bearing vibration
The elastic deformation of bearing parts varied with time and all the movement off the ideal position other than movement necessary for bearing function in the bearing running process.
3.2
Vibration acceleration level
