This Part specifies such contents as the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packing, transportation and storage of the electric wire rope hoists (hereinafter referred to as "electric hoists").
This Part is applicable to the electric hoists for general purpose, and the electric hoists for special purpose may be adopted by making reference to this Part.
