This standard specifies the test parameters, test limits and allowable values of test waveform differences during automatic test discrimination for interturn insulation on random wound winding for AC low-voltage machines.
This part is applicable to the test of interturn insulation on random wound winding for small and medium-sized three-phase or single-phase AC machines with rated voltage of 1140V.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1 comparison parameters
parameters used to compare the test waveform differences in impact waveform comparison method (as defined in JB/T 9615.1).
3.2 (test) waveform area difference
the difference of the enclosed areas (see Figure 1) between either test waveform curve of the tested winding (or coil) and the reference winding (or coil) and the horizontal coordinate (time t) within any designated comparison and discrimination interval
