1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This Specification was formulated with a view to standardizing the application of shrinkage-compensating concrete engineering, minimizing or eliminating the concrete shrinkage cracks, improving the waterproof performance of concrete structure and guaranteeing the engineering quality.
1.0.2 This Specification is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of shrinkage-compensating concrete.
1.0.3 Application of shrinkage-compensating concrete shall not only comply with this Specification but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
