This standard specifies the models, parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, package, transportation and storage of hollow guide rails for elevators counterweight (hereinafter referred to as guide rails) and connectors of hollow guide rails for elevators counterweight (hereinafter referred to as connectors).
This standard is applicable to guide rails and connectors for counterweight of elevators without safety gears.
