This regulation is applicable to verification of newly-manufactured, in-service and repaired electrodynamic vibration testing system, of which the rated sine thrust or random thrust is less than 100kN.
1 General
The digital electrodynamic vibration testing system (hereinafter referred to as "testing system") is an integrated equipment intended to produce the excitation like sine on random, sine on broad-band random, narrow-band random on broad-band random and impact. It generally consists of electrodynamic vibration generator system, power amplifier, digital vibration controller and auxiliary equipment.
2 Technical Requirements
2.1 Verification Conditions of Testing System
2.1.1 Testing system shall be installed according to relevant technical requirements;
2.1.2 The ambient temperature of working testing system is (5~35)℃ and the relative humidity is not greater than 90%;
2.1.3 Testing system shall remain clean without corrosive gas or liquid around;
2.1.4 Power supply voltage shall vary within ±10% of rated voltage;
2.1.5 The user shall take noise countermeasures if noise pressure level generated by the working testing system is greater than 90dB (A-weighted).
2.2 Marking of Testing System
Each component of the testing system shall be provided with a nameplate, indicating model and specification, manufacturer, end-of-manufacturing number and date and the product certificate must be provided when delivered out of the factory.
2.3 Excitation Device
When the excitation device is in working state, the magnetic flux leakage on the whole plane at the altitude of 1/4 diameter of maximum distribution circle of the mounting screw in the table top shall meet the end-of-manufacturing technical requirements.
2.4 Digital Vibration Controller
2.4.1 As for the digital vibration controller, the frequency indication error within an assigned frequency is shown as Table 1.
