This standard specifies the general principles of inspection and mark, packing, transport and storage for industrial enzymes.
This standard is applicable to various industrial enzyme preparations that have been purified and packaged.
2 Inspection principles
2.1 Batching
Products manufactured in the same shift or tank time under the same process conditions, delivered after packing, and equipped with the same product name, batch number, specification and quality certificate, are regarded as of the same batch.
2.2 Classification of rejected items
2.2.1 Rejected items of Class A: salmonella, mold, coliform, total number of bacteria and heavy metals.
2.2.2 Rejected items of Class B: enzyme activity, enzyme activity preservation rate, drying loss and pH value.
2.2.3 Rejected items of Class C: appearance, odor, fineness (granularity), bulk density, net weight (net volume), packing and labeling.
