This standard specifies safety check rules for grounding installation of oil (gas) field vessel，pipeline and load (unload) equipment.
This standard is applicable to the installation and inspection of all the metal containers which contain and transmit combustible gas, liquified hydrocarbon and combustible liquid, the grounding devices of pipeline and load (unload) equipment.
