This standard specifies the basic requirements of safety management for oil and gas field power transformer substation.
This standard is applicable to the safety management for power distribution room of overland oil and gas field power transformer substation under 35 ~ 220 kV as well as oil and gas field switching post under 6 ~ 35 kV.
