This code is applicable to the engineering design of computer control system for new construction projects in the onshore oil/gas fields and pipeline engineering construction. It may also be referred to for the design of extended and rebuilt projects.
As for the engineering design of computer control system adopted for the oil/gas fields and pipeline construction, not only the requirements stipulated in this code, those in the current national compulsory standards and regulations also shall be complied with.
