1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to make the building of saline soil region achieve advanced technology, economy and rationality as well as safety and reliability.
1.0.2 The building of saline soil region must persist in the policy of adjusting measures to local conditions, taking prevention as the priority, combining prevention and control and comprehensive treatment.
